A few years ago a lovely Pug found her way into my life. I Had been the "groomer" for her breeder's Champion Pugs for over 15 years. Gail Goudbout has been involved in Pugs for over 30 years, and on this day she brought along a little , 3 month old fawn girl that needed a grooming, and possibly a show co-owner if I "knew of anyone". After spending some time with this little girl (puppy named Canoli...LOL), and having a secondary passion for those flat faces ( as opposed to the long narrow head of a Standard Poodle I obsessed over) I asked if I might be that co-owner she needed. That was the beginning. Now that lovely little girl has stolen our hearts, made us laugh, became a champion (much of it owner handled) , a wonderful mother, and is known as Champion Windsong Lauris' Lolita! Yes....Lolita! This page is still in the works, but as of this writing her puppies are 11 months old and out of the 4, (2 males and 2 females) we fell in love with a boy who has stayed at Lauris (Norton) and his 3 other siblings are in show homes as well. Mr. Norton is our BRAG boy, finishng his title at 8 months of age ,in 3 weekeds! Thank you to Polly LaMarine for your handling and care of Norton. Norton is also known as Ch.Lauris Windsong Va Va Va Voom.....just like his show carreer.He will mature a bit and be Specialed as an adult.
